Although numerous organisations claim to be continuations
of the Russian Grand Priory, only this group, sometimes
called the "Bobrinskoy Order",
has received official ecclesiastical backing
(from the OCA and the Moscow Patriarchate). There are several
websites connected with the Order; it is not obvious to
me which if any are "official".

La Orden Soberana de Caballeros Medicos Hospitalarios de San Juan de
Jerusalen.
This might be part of the Bobrinskoy group,
but I'm not sure, and the world of Hospitaller
factions is very complex. In any case, this group
reflects an emphasis on "natural medicine" which
seems to be on the rise among Orthodox Hospitallers
in the last few years.
