Fr. Gabriel Kostelnyk

XIX/XX Centuries
Priest who led the return of Galician Uniates to Orthodoxy in 1945. He was assassinated by a Ukrainian nationalist who considered this to be a betrayal of Ukrainian religious sovereignty to Moscow.
