The St. Pachomius Library was founded in 1994.

The scientific patrologist, noting that the list of new pages begins in 2005, will conclude that "1994" is a scribal error for "2004", around which developed the false but gratifying tradition of a more ancient origin. But as it happens, tradition is correct and critical analysis -- dare we say it? -- mistaken!
